Special Moments, Memories and Cakes
We grew up having always enjoyed celebrating our birthdays. The hit of the birthday party would always be Mom\'s famous birthday cakes. They have always been very special and \"oh so good\". It is no coincidence, then, that from behind this would emerge Ana\'s Creative Baking, which, for two generations now, we are proud that it has become very popular throughout Silicon Valley.
The story centers around my Mom, who for years always baked these great cakes for our birthdays. We loved them - and so did everyone else. Indeed, everyone from everywhere would always rave so. They would always comment how good these cakes were and also how creative. Whenever it was someone\'s birthday, then, Mom would get these calls, all the time,from people asking if she could please bake them a cake for their special party. It became a tradition.
After years of everyone encouraging my Mom to take her show on the road and make her cakes a business - she did. Ana\'s Creative Baking was born, and we have not looked back since. We have continually, and thankfully, been busy, now as a unique Mother - Daughter team. We are enjoying making many people happy with our custom-made cakes for all their many special occasions.
My Mom loves to bake, and I, the Daughter, love to decorate. With passion, together as a team, we create from the ideas given to us by our clients and deliver a delicious and gorgeous custom masterpiece for their special events. We specialize in all kinds of cakes, and also dessert bars, cookie trays and gingerbread houses. What has also become very popular is our guava and red velvet cakes, as well as our Puerto Rican rum cake. Many people also enjoy asking us for our Puerto Rican pastilles and cuisine.
We have worked hard to follow trends and also a changing economy. From only producing buttercream frosting to expanding to non-dairy whipped cream to creating 3-D creations, we always do our best in providing that what our clients want - a wonderful, creative cake that also works around their budget. We can make beautiful small cakes for four guests up to very large scale weddings and private corporate events for as many guests as you would like. Our question would always be: what would you like and what is the budget? It is always important to us to offer a great tasting and great looking cake that is within the desired budget and style. We are happy and proud that we deliver - and we love what we do.
