Hello Everyone,It’s Friday and it’s going to be a hot July day around the Bay Area this weekend. Hope you all get a chance to go out and enjoy the warm weather.
I wanted to tell you all about a cool place I met a client for lunch recently. We decided to meet in San Ramon and since there was world cup action going on, we met at Jack’s Brewing Company located at 2410 San Ramon Valley Road in San Ramon.
Our meeting was schedule for 1:00 so we missed most of the major lunch crowd. We were seated by the hostess upon arriving and had a great booth with large flat panel screen’s close by. What we both really appreciated is they have plenty of big screens in the dining area so there’s no having to ask someone who was playing or what the score is.
We were promptly greeted by our server, who made sure we had large waters with lemon brought over while we viewed the menu. Since it was midday and we both had a drive ahead of us, we didn’t’ indulge in any alcohol however I can comment that Jack’s has a good assortment of unique brews.
My guest had the Philly Cheese Steak, came out with plenty of meat, cheese and onions, and looked good. I went with the club, plenty of turkey, ham and bacon; both plates were served with tasty seasoned fries. We both ended up taking part of our lunch home as Jack’s serves up some large servings – probably one of the best clubs I’ve had in awhile. Unlike some places who weigh how much meat to put on your sandwich, Jack’s piles it on!
Jacks Brewing is a great addition to San Ramon offering up a kick back atmosphere with a lot of hearty choices to choose from. I definitely plan on getting back there to try some of there brews, especially since they brew onsite.
Everyone, if you happen to be in the San Ramon, area, you may want to stop by Jack’s Brewing Company and enjoy one of there ale’s and perhaps catch some action on one of there many big screens. You won’t be disappointed by there menu as it offers up something for everyone from Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, to Burgers to an assortment of Salads that go far above the standard pub menu.
Jack’s is open from 11-10 Sunday-Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11-Midnight. They take most major credit cards; you can phone ahead and do take out. Jack’s has a full-bar, great brews and all your favorite plates – enjoy!
