Sponsorship Terms

SPONSORSHIP ORDER: For and in consideration of the rate at which sponsorship in FinallyFriday.com is sold under this Agreement, the undersigned authorized representative of the Customer hereby contracts to purchase, and FinallyFriday.com hereby agrees to sell, sponsorship in FinallyFriday.com for the price referred to herein.

COPY ACCEPTANCE & EDITORIAL FEATURES: Customer should possess full licensing and publication rights for any sponsorship or editorial materials (copy, text, photos, discs, videos, information, etc.) submitted to FinallyFriday.com. Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless FinallyFriday.com from any loss or expense relating to claims of libel, violation of rights, copyright infringement, plagiarism, or any other damages relating to any sponsorship or editorial materials submitted. FinallyFriday.com reserves the right to reject or alter any sponsorship or editorial materials at FinallyFriday.com’s discretion. FinallyFriday.com does not accept responsibility for accuracy of any sponsorship or editorial materials or information provided by Customer or others for publication. FinallyFriday.com also reserves the right to release Customer’s name at FinallyFriday.com’s discretion. Any error in sponsorship or editorial does not relieve Customer from obligation to make payments per this agreement. All Customer material (copy, text, photos, discs, videos, information, etc.) delivered to FinallyFriday.com shall remain the property of FinallyFriday.com unless otherwise arranged for in advance. FinallyFriday.com does not accept responsibility for damage of materials nor does FinallyFriday.com guarantee condition of returned materials.

COPY & EDITORIAL DEADLINES: Failure to provide sponsorship or editorial materials to FinallyFriday.com by the respective deadline shall not relieve Customer from obligation to make payments per this agreement. In the event that approved materials are not available in time, FinallyFriday.com may publish a previous Customer sponsorship or editorial, or elect to drop its sponsorship and extend the term of the agreement by one month. FinallyFriday.com may create the sponsorship or editorial to be used for the months agreed to should Customer neglect to provide materials or information required by deadline. Should a sponsorship proof be submitted to Customer by FinallyFriday.com for approval, Customer shall either approve by signing proof or by submitting changes on proof and returning via fax or email to FinallyFriday.com within 48 hours from delivery or sponsorship shall be deemed correct FinallyFriday.com shall not be responsible for sponsorship errors thereafter. Customers do not receive proofs of editorial material.
