Lots of equipment and professional trainers to help to achieve your desired fitness goals. My GF enjoys the yoga classes, I haven't gotten into those yet. The gym is very clean, the staff is super friendly it's a great environment to be apart of. I like all the Cardio equipment since that is important to me although they offer tons of services.

I tried there limited free membership, I really like the place and staff. It's very clean compared to other mega fitness centers. They've invested, there machines are newer and an awesome pool. I love racquetball so that will probably draw me to a membership. No problem with parking, there's other services, I just haven't checked into yet.
