I took advantage of the special 30 days for $30 with unlimited classes. Brian is cool, knows his stuff, I really had to get use to the 90 degree heat. After the month, my back and neck felt a lot better . . probably will be sign up when I get back from vaca.

I'm so happy a friend there told me about there November special for $20.00. The best part is they have kids yoga, I want to get my daughter started since she just turned 6. I'm doing Power Yoga Basics with Nikki, she's very patient and inspiring as a teacher.
