This is a gorgeous 37 room mansion that was built around 1900. Its interesting to see how the wealthy lived in those days, apparently is was into coal and came down from Canada. The grounds are beautiful, a nice setting for a wedding. They have formal and Japanesse gardens.

Happy Hour Cruise

For the fun of it we tried one of these happy hour cruises with some friends. We had a blast. We did karaoke and dance cruise. It went from like 7pm to 11pm, danced out buts off. The tix were only like $30 bucks a person and that included free apetizers all night. I think our husbands ate enough to break even.

Buffalo Paddock / GG Park

It's always fun to go to the city, we especially love to spend time at Golden Gate Park. We took our 4 year old to see the Buffalo, he got a real kick out of them. There's not many but then again, there's not many around period. It's located near Speckles Lake so stop by and enjoy them!

Oakland Zoo

Just took my 5 year old over the weekend. I think we had more fun than him. First time at the zoo, lots of activities, plenty of exotic animals, like birds, Reptiles, mammals etc. I like that you can actually camp there over night, sounds kind of cool.

Wax Musuem SF

My wife has never been in a wax museum so I took her for her b'day. Actaully, it's probably been 10 years since I was in this one. Glad to see they update it with current pop stars and of course President Obama. They have people from around the world, not just the US. Only, thing is the halls you travel down are pretty narrow you need to keep ..
