It's going to be a nice weekend, thinking bout going to Belgatos Park. It's been awhile since I've been there but I like it because they have a lot of different trails so it's not always the same path every time. Only negative is parking is not that plentiful and when it fills up you got search for a spot.

Its a great 3 1/2 mile walk to Shoreline form the park. Its always been safe, friendly people usually there's plenty of bikers, joggers and walkers on the weekend. If you enjoy a little bird watching you will have plenty to view.

Great hiking trails, thankfully your mostly in the shade so I wear long sleaves it helps with the bug bites. Lots of redwoods, I love the smell, they do charge to park, can't remember something like 5 or 6 bucks. I'm not really a regular, maybe a couple of times in the summer, I really don't like to have to pay

I think is hike is doable for anyone at any age, its not that challenging. What I like about it is the beautiful view you get of the SF Bay. Ya kinda feel like your in another world, its very peaceful. Keep in mind if you wonder off the trails you may encounter some serious poision oak.

Skyline Ridge

I like the amazon forest feel. It can feel a little dark and drewry during the winter. Decent trails to hike or job. Nice scenery, I don't usually have a problem with parking.
