Olompali State Park

I do the short hike of 3 miles working on the longer one up the mountain side - heard it was about 11 miles total. I'm loosing weight, so it's a little at a time. Ryder Court Park

This is a great park, something for everyone, yet kind of private since it's so huge. I usually jog the trails on the weekend. It even has a Dog portion at the end. Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve

Bring plenty of water and your best hiking shoes. A friend invited me over the weekend, this was a great work out. I didn't realize how out of shape I was. I'd say it was at least 6 good miles, I'm not sure what the elevation was but I could certainly fell my muscles ache the next day. Great views it was a crystal clear day. Presidio of San Francisco
