Great hiking trails, thankfully your mostly in the shade so I wear long sleaves it helps with the bug bites. Lots of redwoods, I love the smell, they do charge to park, can't remember something like 5 or 6 bucks. I'm not really a regular, maybe a couple of times in the summer, I really don't like to have to pay

I think is hike is doable for anyone at any age, its not that challenging. What I like about it is the beautiful view you get of the SF Bay. Ya kinda feel like your in another world, its very peaceful. Keep in mind if you wonder off the trails you may encounter some serious poision oak.

I like the amazon forest feel. It can feel a little dark and drewry during the winter. Decent trails to hike or job. Nice scenery, I don't usually have a problem with parking.

Belgatos Park

this is a good park for easy trails, nothing that going to take your breathe away. You can get up to the mountain, its kind of cool hiking up, not to tough on the bod. It has its beauty as well, with a creek running through it. I think the dogs love it more than the humans.

Monte Bello Open Space

If your into hiking this is a great trail. Lots of trees and plants once you get into the forest part. Glad I remembered my allergy medicine. Very scenic, not a difficult hike.
