I hope to really get out and investigate the trails at Belgatos this summer. My walk with sparky usually is about 2 miles since we wonder off the main trail a bit. I know there's a lot more trails, I might leave my pouch home and wonder around this summer and see if I can find us a longer and safe route.

Grand View Park

I know we need the rain, but with the nice weather it gets me out and enjoying some of the nice parks in the city like Grand View. It has everything in life I love, a ocean breeze, water and beautiful views. The only thing it lacks "sometimes" is sunshine but that's San Francisco. Shoup Park

I work in Los Altos and one day tripped over to this park to enjoy some quite time eating my sandwich and reading a book. Its a nice park, very grassy, tall oak redwood trees, they have benches, and a nice play area for kids. Kennedy Park

Its a fun park especially if you have kids since they have a petting zoo. Sorry, but the smell reeks. Lots of stuff for kids, plenty of room to roam, especially during the week. Weekends gets the crowds because they have so much like carousel, pony's for the kiddies, I think all parks should have the ammenities that Kennedy does IMO

Veterans Plaza Park

Great location, close to town, you can grab a latte and chill on the green grass. Not a lot to do for kids, like I said, if you want to layout and read a book its good. Lots of people bring their kids and let them run around, my 4 year old need action, he likes swings and kiddie wild rides.
