When in Pleasanton this is a solid and steady choice for fresh sushi. The service is always warm and inviting, they go out of there way for you. Bottom line, fresh sushi, friendly service, very clean establishment, owners care about their customers. It doesn't get more authentic then Hatcho. I enjoy the Pork salad along with Yakitori (chicken on a stick) and of course Sashimi and on occasion Black cod.
