Took a date here for dinner the other night. Real classy place, they have a valet (didn't really need it but nice touch). They really put some $$$ in the remodel, very trendy, huge plasmas in the bar area. Service is top notched they really want to earn your business. Finally W.G. gets good sushi. Nice decor, fresh sushi, attentive staff awesome spicy tuna rolls all rolled up on Lincoln Ave in downtown WG. I'm gland Yuki came to WG.

Meiko Sushi Japanese Restaurant

When in Pleasanton this is a solid and steady choice for fresh sushi. The service is always warm and inviting, they go out of there way for you. The prices are very reasonable, I've found other sushi restaurants to be a hit and miss sometimes, however after going to Meiko for awhile now I've never been disappointed.

Cherry Sushi

This place has been jamming since the re-opening. Sushi combo plate rocks with the likes of uni, sake, unagi etc. Also like the green deluxe dragon and tuna temaki. Service is first class, plenty of parking.

Hatcho Japanese Cuisine

Bottom line, fresh sushi, friendly service, very clean establishment, owners care about their customers. It doesn't get more authentic then Hatcho. I enjoy the Pork salad along with Yakitori (chicken on a stick) and of course Sashimi and on occasion Black cod. Best of all it won't break the bank and you won't walk out hungry like some other sus..
