Scott's has a decent happy hour 4-7 during the week, sometimes I go with co-workers on Monday for the 99 cent oysters. I totally dig on the Blackened Snapper with Jasmine Rice. I met some friends after work - great happy hour, had some oysters @ $1.95 that went down very smooth. My hubby took me here for my birthday. Lots of $$$ spent on renovation of this ship, it was a beautiful evening, the ambiance, food, service everything. You also get spectacular views of the SF Bay . . the Maple Leaf Farms Duck is to die for.
