When we get up to Santa Rosa to see an event at the Wells Fargo Center, we usually go to Starks for dinner. You can get a nice 16oz NY or Ribeye for about 25 bucks. Excellent selection with salads, burgers and seafood. If your a martini lover, try their classic beefeater martini

I went here for my birthday recently. I can't believe I've never been, the food and service was AAA+ they don't skip a beat. Probably one of the best Kobe steaks I've had. I remember we use to go to Sizzler a lot when I was growing up. You just don't see many around. Still offers a great deal, the steaks are tasty, not chewy, I'd like them to bring out some real garlic bread instead of toast, but that's OK. My prob, is I'm currently hooked on their salad bar. I'm glad this location is doing good. I know they closed a bunch up over the years. They still whip out a good steak at a price that doesn't hurt your pocket book. They usually run some good happy hour stuff like draft beer for 3 bucks. They actually have a good dessert with the chocolate chip cookie, fudge and ice cream, kind of like Red Lobs..

This place is excellent, especially for that special event. Great variety of steak and seafood, above average sized portions. There desserts are homemade and yummy. The black bottom pecan pie is out of this world. Great time, very romantic!
