We just bought a 3 bedroom / 3 bath with 2 car garage. It's so nice to have our own brand new home that nobody has ever lived in. I think they might be sold out, we got ours a few months back. Villa Fontanas New Homes

Yeah we got a place here a few months back. Lots of incentives still, close to downtown, Santana Row and the mall, also light rail. My wife like the 10 ft. ceilings and finally having our washer/dryer in our place. Hopefully we never go back to that again! There's still some deals here, very quite, great pool I do laps in. Madrone Plaza

We purchased a sweet looking home in Madrone Plaza a few months back. Being a first time home buyer really helped with the tax credits. These are spacious Town Homes with all the amenities in life. For now we can car pool to work in SJ I hope that never changes. read more...

Altaire Townhomes

We went by these beautiful townhomes last weekend. I love that there Green friendly, with multi-levels. I never thought I would be a fan of stainless steel appliances but I really liked them. It's a bit pricey for our budget starting in the low $700K. I'd love to be able to live in PA. read more...

Honestly, I was afraid for us to take that next step to home ownership however, when we went and saw these gorgeous townhomes in Morgan Hill, we fell in love, especially with the price in the high $200's. We're just finalizing our financing I hope it works out. read more...
