I've been here for about six months with my bf. We have a nice unit that's quite, that came with a granite countertop, nice cabinets and new carpet. All the appliances are updated. Parkmerced

We moved in a few months ago and just love living here. You get great lake and ocean view, it's safe and they keep this placing very manicured. We have a one bedroom, I think were paying around $1,800 but it's worth it. Shadow Creek

We looked at quite a few apartments this past weekend, those at Shadowcreek seemed a bit larger than others. The one we saw had new countertop and flooring, best part is a washer and dryer inside. I hate packing up clothes and sitting at a laundromat. For the priced (around $1,400) seems like a good deal. read more...
