Cool place - I'm not a real camper so this worked out good for our group. These African huts are nice, however there was no lock on the door and no phone, da I guess we're camping. We saw Zebras, Giraffes, Cheetahs, exotic Birds etc. Dinner is well worth the $25.00 they feed you plenty. read more...

Half Moon Bay Getaway on Hightway 1
We just had a great long weekend in HMB. Did some bike riding, hiking, horseback riding and yes walked the beach. We stayed at the new Oceano Hotel, ate at Miramar's, Moss Beach Distillery (great brunch) and Sam's Chowder House.
