Weekend Idea

I came over from another gym - they have updated equipment, no problem getting one. What I like is the staff is low key, very friendly and helpful. They have several trainers there, they seem to be busy so I guess there good. One thing that drew me to this place when I first came in is that it's clean. Other places are just not maintained well during business hours. My gf has come with me, she enjoys the pilates classes. They also have massage available which I haven't had time to take advantage of yet. So far so good!
