One of my favorite spots to visit and it doesn't matter if it's in the middle of August or December. However when the weather is nice this place gets packed. It's ideal for a lunch picnic, you will see lot's of people fishing and playing volleyball etc. It's located near Ocean View and 17th. A good walk if you want to park your car at Cannery Row.
