Weekend Idea

I was having problems with my Iphone, they were pretty cool about it and replaced it. Sometimes I go there on my lunch hour, since there will be more employees than customers and that's rare especially with this store. With a big company like Apple, they've done well establishing good customer service at the retail level. I don't know how other stores are but this one kicks ass on customer service.
